Job Description

·         Minimum 10years of specialist technical experience, ideally within a project based ITenvironment. During which it should include IT Project management (minimum 4years), with a good experience to industry std Project management andDevelopment life Cycles, Change implementation planning and management, SystemsDevelopment Management, PM tools, Application support & Business analysis,People management. Experience in IT project management in a CMMI environmentwill definitely be an added advantage.   ·          Businessdomain (at least 2 large scale crew rostering implementations experience) willbe make or break for this role. This PM should ideally have worked on thebusiness side or been a change manager in the crew rostering domain. Thetechnical skills are irrelevant at themoment and the emphasis should be on the domain.    ·          Strongvendor management skills   ·         High levelof stakeholder management complexity involvement of DSVPs and SVP from Cabincrew, flight ops and network crew control areas of the airline business.
