Job Description:

Evangelising SharePoint Technology within the group and help in operationalizing the same

* Guiding senior management on SharePoint Technology adoption strategy
* Envisioning, designing & developing custom SharePoint applications
* Project Management and Customer co-ordination for getting these individual applications developed and ensuring quality of delivery
* Managing SharePoint platform support helpdesk and ensure continuous SLA monitoring
* Creation of Project Schedule, Project Plan and Risk/Issue Matrix
* Development of Business Requirements (via client interviews and/or formal requirements analysis) and Use Case Scenarios
* Creation of High-Level Functional Specifications
* Coordination of all Quality Assurance activities
* Accountable party in all release/deployment activities
* Collaborate with Business Development Team during bid/proposal phase to fully qualify opportunity and deliver accurate proposals
* Gain subject matter expertise in our clients policies, best practices, and other guidelines for content, appropriate use of technology, and for design, look-and-feel
* Gain subject-matter expertise in delivering high-value and innovative solutions using Microsoft SharePoint
* Experience in SharePoint Products & Technologies (Preferably SharePoint 2010)
* Have good experience on Microsoft .NET technologies
* Have at least two years of experience in managing large scale SharePoint Intranet & Application projects
* Have thorough understanding of SharePoint Building blocks like Site Definitions, Templates, Web parts, Workflows, Event Handlers, Web Services
* Have Strong understanding of Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008, Active Directory, SCCM and other related technologies
* Have good experience in Creating Solutions using SharePoint, Project Planning, Scheduling and Delivering
* Have Excellent Customer Interfacing Skills
