Experience required for the Job: 4 - 10 years Annual Salary of the Job: 3.0 - 5.0 Lacs Job Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore Qualification :   Any Graduate Process :  US Process with rotational Shifts and work offs Experience : Preferably 4-6 years of experience in BPO voice process, preferably from ISP Process but should have 1 year of Team Lead experience (mandate). Specifications : Should be in an international Process * Able to manage team of 15 to 20 executives. * Previous experience in inbound sales with telecom experience will be preferred. * Passionate about customer service and sales. * Warm and professional verbal expression. * Good interpersonal skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Creative and motivated problem solver * Results orientated with high personal and professional standards * Willing to work in shifts * 15 years of mandatory education Salary upto 5.50 Lakhs.
